Viewing/Exporting Session Log

Your session log keeps a record of online sessions you have run on the platform.

As part of our commitment to data privacy. Session log data (Client ID, Date/time, session duration) is retained for 3 months before being deleted and will then be unrecoverable so ensure you download your data at regular intervals if it is important to you to retain it.

How to view your session log (1 month of data): #

  1. Log into your account
  2. Select ‘Session Log
  3. You will be able to see 1 months of session log using this method. To access your session log for the past 3 months see below for how to export your session log.

 

How to export your session log (3 months of data): #

To export your session log and access your past 3 months of data

  1. Log into your account
  2. Select ‘Session Log
  3. scrolls down to the bottom of the page and select ‘Export as CSV’. This file can then be opened as a spreadsheet.
