The email address you enter when signing up for a Bilateral Base account is used for:
- Part of your account log in
- Emails relating to the platform (e.g. payment receipts)
It’s important that this email address is kept up to date
If you need to update your email address, go to ‘Settings’
In the ‘Account Details’ section choose ‘Edit Email’
Please note that once you edit your email address, it will then become the email address you use to log into your account.
