Enterprise User Management Tool

Organisations that have purchased multiple licenses are able to self-manage user access within their organisation.

One person within the organisation can be assigned admin access to manage user access.

The person with admin access can be a therapist who is using the platform with clients or it can be an additional account that is only used for managing users and is not included in the quota of purchased licenses (e.g. for use by a team administrator/ manager). If the nominated person is ever unavailable then updates can still always be made by contacting Bilateral Base support [email protected]

Accessing License Manager #

The License Manager can access this Login → Settings → Organisation License Management (this option will only be available if the account has been designated as the user administrator).

 Managing Users #

  • Available Licenses: At the top of the License Manager page, it shows the number of licences currently available for your organisation.
  • Add User: Click ‘Add user to licence’, enter their email address, and they’ll receive an email with instructions on how to get started. The licence will automatically be assigned to their account. If they don’t already have an account they will be prompted to create one.
  • Remove User: Click the three dots next to the user’s name and select ‘Delete’. The user will receive an automated email notifying them that their account no longer has a license

Usage Statistics #

  • Viewing Usage Info: To see how much each user is utilising their licence, click ‘Show User Statistics’ at the top of the page (it may take a few moments to load).
  • Exporting Usage Info: You can select ‘Export as CSV’ at the top of the page to download usage data as Comma Separated Values, which can then be imported into a spreadsheet.
