Managing Back-to-Back Sessions with Client Arrival Alerts #

If you have back-to-back sessions and want to be alerted when your next client joins, this guide will explain how to do this.

For example, if you have a 10am client and an 11am client, when you open the session window for your 10am client, open the session window for your 11am client at the same time.

Leave the 11am client session window open during your 10am client session.

 

When your 11am client arrives at your waiting room, you will hear an audible alert to notify you.

Once you have finished with your 10am client, you can close that session and switch over to the 11am session.

If you need to silence the audible alert for the waiting 11am client, you can do this by simply closing the 11am client window until you are finished with the 10am client. You can then reopen the 11am client window to begin the session.
