Setting Up Your Account – It’s Free #

Creating an account with Bilateral Base is completely free. You can sign up in just a few minutes and start exploring the platform right away!

1-Month Free Trial #

When you first set up your account, a 1-month free trial is automatically applied. During this trial, you’ll have access to all features of the platform, including:

  • Unlimited session time (40 hours are initially applied to your account. If you need more, just contact our support team.)

This trial lets you fully explore both our online video session tools and in-person BLS tools without limitations.

What Happens After the Trial? #

Once your free month ends, your account will automatically revert to our free plan, with no action required.

The Free Plan Includes: #

  • 5 hours of session time each month
  • Access to both online and in-person BLS tools
  • No payment details required

How session time is counted:

  • Online sessions: Time is counted from when the video call is opened to when it’s closed.
  • In-person sessions: Time is counted when the BLS tools are activated using the Start/Stop button.

Need More Time? Upgrade to Pro #

If you require more than 5 hours of session time per month, you can upgrade to a Pro subscription at any time.

Pro Plan Benefits: #

  • Unlimited session time every month
  • Continued access to all features
  • Perfect for regular or high-volume use

Flexible Billing Options: #

  • Monthly subscription: Cancel anytime. Your account remains Pro until the end of the billing period, then reverts to the free plan.
  • Annual subscription: Enjoy a discounted rate. Cancel anytime, and Pro access continues until the end of the prepaid year.
